Greetings! Rachael is a Community Manager hat wearer for over eight years. Over her career, she has become increasingly interested in the ways that Communities engage with their members, the power behind Community data, and the innovation that is pushing this industry forward. Currently, she runs the Zapier Wizards Guild, a Community of Practice focused on helping people use AI and automation together.
In her free time, she’s an avid player of Dungeons and Dragons (ask her any time about her favorite character, a Cat Warlock with a penchant for mischief), attender of thematic parties, and parent to Stewart, a big lab with a bigger heart (and even bigger love of snacks).
