His team is responsible for agency partner growth through enablement and adoption of the WP Engine platform. James has +10 years experience working in the cloud technologies sector leading teams within Rackspace, Six Degrees Group and now WP Engine.

Robert Carpenter, Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer, Granite
Robert Carpenter is the co-founder and CCO of Granite, Ireland’s largest independent Marketing Agency.

Granite has completed 14 acquisitions in 14 years, earning awards like the 2025 Design Team of the Year by IDI and multiple Deloitte Fast50 recognitions.

With a recent Dubai office opening, Granite plans to expand significantly in the US and MENA over the next 24 months to strengthen its global presence

Oona Väisänen, Vice President of Client Strategy, 10up
Oona is the Vice President of Client Strategy for EMEA at 10up, leading account management and new client acquisition across the region. She partners with organisations to identify how thoughtful design and the right technology solutions can help them achieve their goals.

With a career spanning various agency roles—from media planning to account management and creative strategy—Oona brings a wealth of expertise. She has worked with globally renowned brands and organisations, including LEGO, Sage, the Nobel Prize, and Google, helping to shape innovative digital experiences.

Tom Telford, Chief Digital Officer, Clarity
Tom is Clarity’s Chief Digital Officer. He has been leading digital marketing teams for over 20 years. He started out in ‘dot coms’, way before the technology was able to meet the ambition of this new era! This has given Tom a unique set of expertise which underpins his position leading our Digital Marketing teams globally.

Tom (and Will) brought 3Whitehats into the Clarity Group in 2021, founding its digital marketing strategy. Now, with a mix of in-house and client-side roles, Tom leads our Insight, Creative, Digital Experience, SEO, Paid and Analytics teams globally. He also provides strategic leadership in our Benelux region.
